Purchases Made with Commemorative Banknote at Grocery Store
On September 22, a citizen reported to the Kapan police department that an unidentified individual had made purchases at the grocery store located in the Dzork neighborhood using a twenty-thousand-dram commemorative banknote.
As a result of measures taken by community police officers of the Kapan police department, it was determined that the act was committed by a 28-year-old resident of Meghri. He was found at one of the cafés in Kapan and presented to the police department, where he confessed to the act and filed a statement of guilt.
The documents prepared have been sent to the Regional Investigative Department of Syunik.
