Car Collides with Gas Pipeline and Overturns in Sari Tagh

A car collided with a gas pipeline and overturned on September 19 at 02:55 AM. The Crisis Management National Center received a call reporting a traffic accident near one of the houses on 7th Street in Sari Tagh, Yerevan.

A firefighting and rescue team from the Emergency Situations Ministry of Armenia was dispatched to the scene. It was revealed that a Toyota vehicle (driver: G.V., born in 1994) had veered off the road, damaging a parked Mercedes-Benz vehicle nearby, collided with the gas pipeline, and overturned. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.

With the help of special equipment, the Toyota was removed from the roof of the house. Rescuers righted the Toyota, disconnected the power, and closed the gas cylinder valve.
