In My Opinion, Autocracy Has Already Arrived There: Zakharova

Autocracy has already begun in the United States; the question is only whether it will be disastrous or if the country will be able to return to a 'normal' state. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, as reported by TASS.

'Elon Musk said that if the elections yield another result, then there will be autocracy in the United States. In my opinion, autocracy has already started there; the question is whether this will be an absolutely disastrous story for the U.S. or whether they will try to fight to return to normalcy,' said the diplomat.

Previously, American businessman Elon Musk had stated that the U.S. could find itself in 'tyranny' if Donald Trump, the Republican Party’s candidate for President, does not win the elections scheduled for November 2024.
