Over 2800 Injured, 8 Dead Due to Pager Explosions in Lebanon

The number of injured individuals from pager explosions in various regions of Lebanon has exceeded 2800. This information was reported by the country's Ministry of Health.
According to the agency, at least 8 people have lost their lives. The pagers were detonated remotely, as a result of a cyber attack.
“As of now, the Ministry of Health’s emergency operations center has recorded more than 2,800 injured, with 200 in serious condition. Eight people have died, including an eight-year-old child,” said Lebanon’s Minister of Health.
