Armenia's Ministry of Defense Issues Statement

The report from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that on September 5 at 09:55, the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the eastern part of the border zone is unfounded. This has been stated by the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

It is worth recalling that the office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia proposed the establishment of a joint mechanism for investigating incidents of ceasefire violations and/or related information involving Armenia and Azerbaijan, to which Azerbaijan has not yet responded.
