The Republican presidential candidate and former White House leader Donald Trump has confirmed he is ready to offer Elon Musk a position in the US government if he wins the election.

“I would include him in the government; he can advise on some issues,” Trump said.

It is notable that Elon Musk had previously expressed interest in taking up a position in the government if Trump is elected president.
