VIDEO: Horrific Incident. A Woman in Russia Has Run Over a Child Who Died on the Spot

Today at noon, a horrific accident occurred in Neftyugansk. The footage shows a car striking a child and dragging them several meters. According to SHOT, bystanders rushed to help, but the injuries were incompatible with life, and the boy died at the scene.

It has been revealed that the driver is 62-year-old Zulfiya, and the car is registered to a leasing company. The victim was just 8 years old.

The police are working with Zulfiya and the parents of the deceased.
