Alain Delon to be Buried in Chapel Next to His Dogs
Mariam Z.
Alain Delon will be buried in a chapel in northern France, according to his will, where his 35 dogs are interred. This was reported by BFMTV.
"The burial will take place in the chapel where he lived for almost half a century. He had chosen this place in advance," the statement reads.
Throughout his life, Delon, an active advocate for animal rights, had more than 50 dogs. In a 2018 interview with Paris Match, he stated that if he were to die before his dog, Luba, he would have the veterinarian euthanize the animal so they could rest together.
