Putin Holds Emergency Meeting with Security Council
Putin has held an emergency meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council to discuss new technical solutions used during special operations. Defense Minister Andrey Belousov participated in the meeting remotely, with the President stating that the minister was at one of the command centers.
