Levon Aronian Finishes 4th in Tournament Featuring 10 Top Chess Players

The "Grand Chess Tour: Saint Louis 2024" rapid chess round-robin tournament concluded in St. Louis, featuring 10 of the strongest chess players in the world. Levon Aronian earned 5 points out of a possible 9 and secured 4th place. This was reported by the Chess Federation of Armenia.

The top three positions in the rapid chess tournament were as follows:

1. 1st place: Ian Nepomniachtchi - 5.5 points
2. 2nd place: Alireza Firouzja - 5.5 points
3. 3rd place: Maxim Vachier-Lagrave - 5.5 points

Currently, a blitz chess tournament is underway, which will conclude tomorrow.
