Video: Hell Continues in Stepanakert, Ethnic Cleansings are the Face of Azerbaijan - Terkot

American-Armenian philanthropist and law candidate Anna Astvatsaturyan Terkot shared a video from Stepanakert on her X account, along with a comment: "Hell continues in Stepanakert, in Artsakh: Azerbaijani government sources report, 'The city continues to be cleaned from garbage.' We Armenians know what that means. Ethnic cleansings. These are the homes of 150,000 Armenian civilians who have been forced to leave their homeland and will never return. Just like the 350,000 Armenians of Baku did in the early '90s. This is the face of Azerbaijan."

Terkot herself was born in Baku and moved to Armenia during the Baku massacres in 1990. Shortly thereafter, she and her family moved and settled in the United States. In 2021, she became the first female refugee elected as president of the Westbrook City Council. Astvatsaturyan has lectured on international law and Azerbaijani hatred towards Armenians in various states across the U.S.
