Ukraine's Response to Lukashenko's Statements

The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has ordered an increase in troop concentrations at the border with Ukraine. Kyiv has stated that such a decision aims to distract the Ukrainian Armed Forces in that direction.

“The deployment of weapons by Belarus towards the border is an attempt to assist Putin and to divert the attention of the Ukrainian command in that direction,” said Andrey Kovalenko, head of the Counter-Disinformation Center of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, as quoted by the UNIAN agency.

Earlier, it was reported that Lukashenko announced the destruction of Ukrainian drones in Belarusian airspace.
