Egypt's Foreign Ministry Issues Statement

The actions of Israel in the Gaza Strip indicate that the Jewish state lacks the determination to cease the armed conflict in the Palestinian enclave. This statement was made by Egypt's Foreign Ministry in the context of the recent Israeli strike on a school in Gaza.

In a press release, the Egyptian Foreign Ministry stated: "Every time mediators intensify efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, Israel conducts yet another calculated assassination of peaceful civilians, clearly demonstrating that the Israeli side lacks the political will to end this brutal war."

Egypt condemned Israel's "ongoing attacks on the peaceful residents of Gaza" and called on the international community to "develop a unified stance on issues that will guarantee the safety of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip." Cairo emphasized that despite all the obstacles raised by the parties, Egypt's Foreign Ministry will continue to "make all necessary political efforts to reach an agreement on a ceasefire in Gaza."

It is worth noting that an Israeli strike on a school in Gaza, which resulted in the deaths of more than 100 people, occurred during dawn prayers.
