Pepe Announces Retirement from Football

The former central defender of Real Madrid, Porto, and the Portugal national team, Pepe, has announced his retirement from football at the age of 41.

His last club was Porto, where he played from 2019 to 2024. With the national team, he became a winner of the European Championship and the Nations League. He made 141 appearances for the team and scored 8 goals.

Pepe is a four-time champion of the Portuguese league and a three-time champion of La Liga and the Champions League.
