Video: Eco-activists Attack Lionel Messi's Villa

In Spain, eco-activists have attacked the partially constructed villa of world champion Lionel Messi, a forward for Argentina's national team and American club Inter Miami.

They splashed red and black paint on the walls and displayed a banner saying, "Save the planet, eat the rich, abolish the police." According to forbes.ru, Messi purchased this house for 11 million euros. This act was intended to draw attention to the responsibility of the wealthy amid the climate crisis.

"We have splashed paint on Messi's illegal villa in Ibiza. It is an illegal construction that the football player bought for a staggering 11 million euros..." wrote the Futuro Vegetal organization on its page on social network X.
