The Place Where Perpetrators of Genocide Should Be is the Courtrooms: Erdogan

The crisis in Gaza has led to the bankruptcy of the global system, and Western countries supporting Israel have become accomplices to Israel's genocidal policies in the Palestinian enclave. This statement was made by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan at the headquarters of the ruling Justice and Development Party in Ankara. The broadcast was conducted by TRT Haber television.

Erdogan stated, "Western countries are complicit in Israel's genocidal policies. Global politics is going through one of the most difficult periods in history. There is a serious vacuum in the international system, and we are facing a loss of morality and conscience. Western countries have become accomplices in Israel's genocidal policies in Gaza."

Erdogan reiterated that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu must be held accountable for the crimes committed in Gaza. "The place where those responsible for committing genocide should be is not the podiums of parliament but the courtrooms, where they will answer for their crimes," the Turkish leader said.
