We Should Not Depend on One Surname: Tiknizyan

The defender of the Armenian national team and Moscow's Lokomotiv, Nair Tiknizyan, spoke about the leadership within the team in the current season.

“Different players show themselves differently at various stages. I cannot say that Lokomotiv has a clear leader. Everything depends on the situation and the players' form. We should not be dependent on one surname; we should be dependent on each other because we are a team and a whole. Our team does not have fantastic players, but we have a team. The lack of bright individual personalities must be compensated by teamwork and effort on the field. Everyone must be a leader in their position,” Tiknizyan was quoted by Metaratings.

It is worth reminding that after the two rounds of the RPL, the “Railwaymen” have earned 3 points and occupy the 6th position in the standings.
