Suarez Responds to Messi's Health Condition Query

Luis Suarez, the Uruguayan forward of Inter Miami, has addressed questions regarding his teammate, Argentine forward Lionel Messi's injury.

“Everyone knows how dedicated Leo is to this club, his national team, and his desire to be on the pitch. Every day he is getting closer to returning to the field, where we all want to see him,” Suarez was quoted by Goal.

It is worth noting that the 37-year-old player suffered a knee injury on July 15 in the Copa America final against the Colombian national team (1-0) and was substituted in the 64th minute of the match. The footballer is currently continuing his recovery from the injury.

Messi has been playing for Inter Miami since 2023, and his current contract with the club is set to last until 2025.
