Major Accident on Yerevan-Gyumri Road: 7 Injured, All in Critical Condition

On July 27, at 21:40, a report was received regarding a traffic accident near the village of Sarnaghbyur on the Gyumri-Yerevan highway, as stated by the Ministry of Emergency Situations' rescue service.

A firefighting unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.

It was confirmed that at the 96th km of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, a collision occurred between a 'Mercedes-Benz' and a 'Hyundai' vehicle. The driver of the 'Mercedes-Benz' and passengers T. H. (born in 1973), G. G. (born in 1983), M. K. (born in 1986), as well as the driver of the 'Hyundai' and passengers A. B. (born in 2003), S. S. (born in 2005) were hospitalized with varying degrees of bodily injuries. Their health conditions have been assessed as critical.
