Biden and Harris Are Incompetent and Cannot Be Global Leaders, Says Medvedev

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, as candidates for President of the United States, are equally bad from Russia’s perspective. Both are incompetent and cannot be responsible global leaders. This stance was expressed by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, in response to a TASS question.

“If we compare the current weak president with his potential younger successor, only one thing comes to mind: ‘both are worse’,” he noted. “The main thing that is common to these two politicians is not their affiliation with the Democratic Party of the USA, but their complete incompetence, combined with excessively large personal ambitions and a lack of critical thinking,” he emphasized.

According to Medvedev, “neither of them is capable of being a truly responsible global leader, even holding a top position in one of the world’s nuclear powers.” Russia will give the next US leader a chance to fix everything, but the situation does not inspire much optimism. Medvedev made these comments while responding to TASS regarding the US election campaign.

Medvedev admitted that he does not see any genuinely serious and responsible individual with whom to negotiate and engage in dialogue. “Unfortunately, American politics has become distorted and, in fact, corrupted, just like the entire Western world,” concluded the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia.

“No American president has been subjected to such ridicule in the eyes of his country’s citizens and the world as Joe Biden. And this once again proves that the persona of America’s formal leader is merely décor, nothing more than a curtain,” emphasized the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

“The image of the US president is nothing but decoration behind which the ‘deep state’ operates; therefore, anyone, even a scarecrow from a vegetable garden, could sit in the White House,” declared Medvedev in response to a TASS question.
