International Committee of the Red Cross Visits Former Artsakh Leaders Held in Baku

In July, members of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited former leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh held in Baku. This information was reported by the Azerbaijani side through a spokesperson for the ICRC in Baku.
According to the spokesperson, there were face-to-face meetings with the detainees, and they were able to establish contact with their families.
