Court Releases Decision in the Case of Stepanakert Mayor

The court has announced its decision regarding Stepanakert Mayor Davit Sargsyan.

The court fully granted the investigator's motion. Davit Sargsyan is prohibited from leaving his residence from 19:00 to 07:00 the next morning, communicating with individuals involved in the case, as well as those who worked at the Stepanakert municipality.

Visiting entertainment and service venues has also been forbidden.

Attorney Ruben Melikyan stated that they will definitely appeal the decision.
