The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, has stated on his Telegram channel that there can be no mercy, humanitarianism, or compassion for the enemy following reports of atrocities committed by the Ukrainian armed forces against prisoners of war. According to him, they have no right to life.
Earlier, a video showing the execution of a Russian soldier was published on the Telegram channel of the Ukrainian Azov Regiment.
