Iran's Foreign Ministry Claims the US and Its Allies Must Answer for Imposed Sanctions

The United States and its Western allies must answer for the damage caused by the sanctions imposed on Iran. This was stated by Ali Bagheri Kani, the acting foreign minister of the Islamic Republic, during a speech at a meeting of the UN Security Council.

“The United States and its Western allies, which have intensified the sanctions, must be held accountable for the unimaginable suffering, death, and destruction,” the diplomat emphasized.
