U.S. President Joe Biden has addressed Democrats in a letter. “This morning, I sent a letter to my Democratic colleagues on Capitol Hill. In it, I shared my thoughts on the current state of our campaign. It’s time to unite, move forward as one party, and defeat Donald Trump,” he wrote.
