Lake Sevan Water Level Increased by 2 cm from June 24 to 30

The water level of Lake Sevan rose by 2 cm from June 24 to 30, reaching 1900.66 m on June 30, 2024. This level is 12 cm higher than the same day last year and 49 cm higher than the level on January 1, 2024. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorology and Monitoring Center.

During the period from June 24 to 30, the volume of water transferred to Lake Sevan via the Arpa-Sevan water conduit amounted to 5.139 million m³, while from January 1 to June 30, 2024, the total volume reached 156.854 million m³.

The volume of water discharged from Lake Sevan, according to data from the Hrazdan HPP at the Geghamavan observation point, during the same June 24 to 30 period amounted to 12.086 million m³, with the total discharge from June 16 to 30 reaching 24.377 million m³.
