Temperature to Decrease by 3-7 Degrees, Rain and Thunderstorms Expected, Hail in Some Areas

On June 30 and from July 1 to 3, significant rainfall and thunderstorms are expected in most regions of the Republic. In some areas, hail may also occur. The rains will be intense in certain places on July 1 and 2.

July 4 is expected to be rain-free. Winds will be from the southwest at 2-5 m/s, with gusts expected to reach 18-23 m/s during thunderstorms. In the foothills of Aragatsotn and Kotayk provinces, as well as in Armavir, wind gusts of 18-23 m/s are expected in the evening hours.

From June 30 to July 1-2, daytime temperatures will gradually decrease by 3-5 degrees, and by 5-7 degrees in Lori and Tavush provinces. In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected on June 30 and from July 1 to 3, with intense rain anticipated on July 1 and 2.

In the evening hours, wind gusts of 18-23 m/s are expected during thunderstorms, and winds will range from 14-17 m/s in the evening. July 4 will see clear weather.
