Mysterious Case in Tavush Region: Body of 31-Year-Old Russian Woman Found

According to information from SHAMSHYAN.com, a mysterious and tragic incident occurred in Tavush region on June 28. Around 23:40, operational information was received at the Tavush regional department of the Armenian Police Ministry that there was a woman’s body in one of the rooms of the "Lastiver Resort" hotel complex.

Immediately, the head of the Tavush regional department of the Armenian Police Ministry, Artur Mkrtchyan, the deputy head for operational matters, Sevak Badiryann, and the head of the Ijevan division, Yeprhem Galstyan, arrived at the scene.

At the site, a 23-year-old local resident, Garik G., who works as an informant at the "Lastiver Resort," reported that V. Lugovskaya had checked into room 101 for leisure purposes on June 26. On June 27, she hung a sign on the door asking not to be disturbed. After becoming concerned on June 28, around 22:00, that she had not yet left the room, they opened the door and found V. Lugovskaya's body in bed.

Arriving police officers and investigators discovered three empty strips of "Ketilept" pills, each strip designed for 60 pills, in the room's trash can.
