Closed Roadways in Armenia

The Rescue Service reports that there are closed roadways in the territory of Armenia.

According to the Road Department Foundation, the Vanadzor-Alaverdi-Ayrum-Bagratashen roadway is only passable for passenger vehicles. Drivers are advised to bypass the M-6 towards the Georgian border using the M-3 Margara-Vanadzor-Tashir-Armenia border and M-1 Yerevan-Gyumri-Armenia border international roadways.

The M-4, Yerevan-Sevan-Ijevan-Armenia border roadway is passable from Dilijan to Ijevan, though in some sections, traffic is one-way.

The bridge leading to the villages of Khashatarak and Lusahatovit is closed in both directions. An alternative roadway, the Ijevan-Lusahatovit-Khashatarak (dirt) road, is operational.
