On June 27, in Isakov Avenue, police noticed a "Lexus LX" vehicle with the license plate "111 VD 11," whose front and side windows were completely tinted, reports Shamshyan.com.
The police stopped the vehicle, after which the driver was taken with the car to the special protected area of the police division in Yerevan.
According to the website, the vehicle is registered under the company "VMG-ELF" in Yerevan, and it was driven by 36-year-old Mushegh Harutyunyan. This specific vehicle has been transferred to a special protected area for the third time, and on all three occasions, M. Harutyunyan was behind the wheel. Several years ago, he was involved in an accident in Russia while driving a "BMW" vehicle.
