A tragedy occurred in Krasnodar, where a BMW, driven by Rafael Arakelyan, fell from the third floor of the Galereya shopping center's parking lot, according to the Mash Telegram channel.
"He purchased the car just a month ago. Today, he lost control after accelerating too much in the parking lot. The foreign vehicle broke through the barrier and fell from the third floor. Rafael, 37, was in the car with a woman and a 12-year-old child. All three died on impact," reports Kub Mash.
Mash resource states that the investigation considers the possibility that the fall of the car could have been a case of suicide by the driver. "According to preliminary assumptions, the foreign car was technically sound, and Rafael Arakelyan intentionally accelerated it to maximum speed and ejected it from the third floor, breaking through the barrier," the source writes.
In connection with the incident, the Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case under the article of 'Intentional Murder.'
