Shooting in Baku: Casualties Reported

In the village of Shuvelyan, near Baku, three Azerbaijani police officers and one civilian have been killed in a shooting incident, according to local media reports.

It is reported that Rovshan Allahverdiyev, who had been previously convicted and was wanted by the authorities, offered armed resistance during his attempted arrest by the police.

As a result, one civilian and three police officers lost their lives. Allahverdiyev himself was neutralized.
