Russian President Vladimir Putin does not intend to deliver a special address regarding the recent terrorist attacks in Sevastopol and Derbent. This was stated today by the president's press secretary, Dmitry Peskov, during a conversation with reporters.
“No, not at this time,” the spokesperson said in response to reporters' questions about whether there are plans to send a special message to the public in connection with the tragedies.
Earlier, Putin expressed condolences to the families of those killed and injured due to Ukraine's assault in Sevastopol and the armed attack by terrorists in Dagestan.
