French Ambassador Visits Goris, Armenia

The head of the Goris community, Arush Arushanyan, welcomed the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the French Republic, Olivier Decottignies. This was reported by the Goris municipality.

During the meeting, both sides discussed issues of mutual interest, as well as the prospects for development cooperation in Goris. The ambassador emphasized the importance of deepening cooperation with France and expressed hope for the implementation of new joint projects.

The community leader and the ambassador toured the Vienna Park, where extensive reconstruction works are underway. The park is undergoing infrastructure modernization and improvement works. It is planned to update the park’s pathways, green areas, benches, and lighting system. After reconstruction, the park will become a favorite recreational spot for citizens, providing new opportunities for enjoyable leisure.

As part of the ambassador's visit, a concert will be held this evening initiated by the French Embassy, according to the announcement.
