They Are Preparing to Simply, In Essence, Occupy Their Territory: Zakharova

The law on the status of English as a language of international communication in Ukraine is preparing the country for occupation by the West. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a briefing organized within the framework of the PMT.

“Now, through the law, the possibility of communication is being reinforced... leaders (from NATO countries) through the system of introducing the English language in government bodies with the population of Ukraine... They are preparing to simply, in essence, occupy their territory; you can't call it anything else,” she said.
