Who Can Russia Supply Weapons to for Fighting the West? A Question for Peskov
The Kremlin has not disclosed which countries Russia may send weapons to in order to combat the West. President Vladimir Putin has already stated everything necessary regarding this issue, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the head of state.
“Of course not, [I will not reveal potential recipients of Russian weapons]. The president has said what he wanted to say. And this is a very important statement,” he noted in a conversation with reporters.
As reported by Life.ru, during a meeting with leaders of global news agencies that took place within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Putin mentioned that the response to the supply of long-range weapons to Ukraine could be asymmetric. Moscow also has the right to send weapons to regions from which Russia could strike at the infrastructure of those countries that continue to supply arms to Kyiv, the president emphasized.
