Theft in Yerevan: $10,000 and 6 Million Dram Stolen

Theft in Yerevan: burglars entered a home through the window and stole $10,000 and 6 million dram from a coat pocket.

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, the incident occurred on June 1. At approximately 3:25 PM, the Arabkir division of the Armenian Police's Operational Management Center received a report from a 27-year-old resident of Yerevan, Vladimir M. He informed them that between 10:30 AM and 3:15 PM on the same day, while he was absent from his first-floor apartment, someone entered through the window and stole $10,000 and 6 million dram, which were in the pocket of a coat hanging in the closet.

Photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports that the operational group from the Arabkir division arrived at the scene, led by the head of the Criminal Investigation Department, Gasparyan. The police have prepared documents regarding the incident, which have been handed over to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia in Yerevan's Arabkir district.
