This was stated by David Karapetyan, Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly on June 4.

When asked what topics he discussed with Arsenyan, Karapetyan replied, “Mr. Arsenyan and I are close; we discussed work-related and personal matters.” He did not respond to other questions and left.
