The peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan will transform the South Caucasus and fundamentally change Azerbaijan's role in the region. This was stated by U.S. President Joe Biden in a message addressed to participants of the Baku Energy Week.
“The United States is ready to support this aspiration. We are committed to showing future generations that peace and prosperity are our guiding principles,” the message read, which was delivered by Harry Kamian, senior adviser at the Bureau of Energy Resources of the U.S. Department of State.
