This was stated today in the National Assembly during a discussion on the budget's performance by Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, addressing the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Arpine Sargsyan.

He added, 'If it is a sacred movement, then your service is also sacred.'

In response to the reactions from opposition lawmakers, Kocharyan remarked, 'You can be crossed.'
