Azerbaijani Flag Installed on Hill Near Kiran Village in the Morning: Village Head
This morning, an Azerbaijani flag was found on a hill above the bridge of Kiran village. The news was reported to Tert.am by the village head, Kamo Shahinyan.
"Where our flag is located, their flag is on the opposite side. Their border guards, from the movement visible from the village, are located about 200 meters away in a direct line from our border guards. However, in that area, there is a ravine that goes down and then rises again; their flag is now on that height. They have not yet come close to the village area, the road is functioning until a new road is constructed, the deadline is supposedly until July 24," he said.
When asked about the current situation in the village, the village head responded, "It’s the same; how can they be calm? Has the people gone off track? There’s no decent situation for the people."
