Video: Five-Year-Old Child Crashes Car into Group of Pedestrians, Injuries Reported in Kazakhstan
In the city of Zhezkazgan, Kazakhstan, a five-year-old child removed a car from a handbrake and crashed into a group of pedestrians. As a result of the incident, five people were injured, according to a report by Tengrinews.kz.
Judging by the footage, the incident occurred in front of one of the city's entertainment venues. The car was parked on a slight incline in a square across from a restaurant. The footage shows the vehicle rolling backwards and crashing into a crowd of people who had likely just left the restaurant.
In the video, the child can be seen exiting the vehicle just seconds after the incident. Moments later, a woman emerges from the car, initially circling around the injured before heading towards men running to provide assistance.
The fact of the accident has been registered with the police, and it has been determined that the five-year-old boy seated in the vehicle inadvertently collided with pedestrians. The injured individuals have been hospitalized with varying degrees of bodily injury.
The press service of the Ulitau Regional Health Department has commented on the condition of the injured. According to the department, only one of the four hospitalized individuals is a man. He has sustained broken ribs and bruises to internal organs. The three injured women have also received outpatient treatment for their bruises.
