Cup of Coffee Found on Suspect Arrested for Possession of Weapons in Echmiadzin, Lawyer Says

The head of the Echmiadzin alliance, Sevak Khachatryan, who was arrested on suspicion of possessing weapons and ammunition, was found with a cup of coffee. This was reported by lawyer Alexander Kochubayev.
Earlier, it was reported that six individuals from Echmiadzin were taken into custody on the same charges.
It is noteworthy that a protest was previously announced in connection with the visit of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to the No. 7 primary school in Echmiadzin. Yesterday, Bagrat Archbishop of Tavush declared that peaceful actions would be held today in ten places in Armenia, including Yerevan and the regions. No rally is planned for today, but it is scheduled for Sunday at 18:30.
