At This Moment, the CP Group is Holding a Closed Session: What Will Be Discussed

At this moment, the faction of the Civil Contract Party in the National Assembly has gathered and is holding a closed session. This was reported by a correspondent from NEWS.am.

During the closed session, they will likely discuss the current situation in the country. It is noteworthy that since this morning, streets in Yerevan have been blocked following a call from the leader of the Tavush Diocese, Bishop Bagrat. Since 08:00, around 20 streets in the capital have been closed.

As of 10:30, 134 people have been detained by the police. Footage published by the media shows police using force to detain numerous citizens, with some being thrown to the ground. During these actions, the camera of one of the operators was damaged, and a journalist from 24news.am lost consciousness during the scuffle.

The Bishop had called for a rally the day before, urging total boycotts, strikes, and the paralysis of the entire city, as well as various regions of Armenia, starting from 8 AM to express dissent against lies and evil.
