In Brazil, 10,000 people have been left homeless due to devastating floods. The deluge has overwhelmed 213 localities and claimed the lives of 29 citizens, according to reports from Telegram channels.

Heavy rains and storms have struck Brazil's southernmost state, Rio Grande do Sul, where a dam has broken due to the torrential downpours, flooding 213 areas. As a result of the mass flooding, 29 people have lost their lives, and another 60 are reported missing.

More than 10,000 locals have lost their homes, and over 500,000 consumers are without water and electricity. Footage shows the raging waters destroying everything in their path, while animals struggle to escape. In the video, the rooftops of fully submerged houses are barely visible.
