Changes in the Ministry of Education and Science: The Diaspora Division Will Also Be Disbanded

Structural changes are being prepared in the Ministry of Education and Science. According to reliable sources, there are active discussions about merging the Licensing Agency with the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance, headed by Ruben Topchyan. This was reported by the newspaper "Haykakan Jamanak".

Experts consider this to be absurd, as these two institutions have absolutely different functions and are not related to each other. According to the proposed new structure, the Diaspora Division will also be dissolved. The draft has not yet been submitted to the government; it remains a closed document, but employees of the ministry are aware of it, the newspaper writes.
