Movement of Iran's Foreign Minister Restricted in the U.S.
The U.S. Department of State has announced that the movement of Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has been restricted in New York during his attendance at U.N. events.
“The United States has imposed additional restrictions on the travel of the Iranian foreign minister's delegation,” cited Vedant Patel, Deputy Spokesperson of the State Department, according to RIA Novosti.
He stated that movement is restricted, among other things, to two blocks away from the U.N. headquarters, the Iranian permanent mission, and the residence of the permanent representative.
