Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Addresses Rumors Regarding Brussels Meeting

The spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs commented in response to inquiries from the media.

Question: Various conspiracy theories have been circulating in the media regarding the high-level meeting between Armenia, the EU, and the USA that took place in Brussels on April 5. Recently, Azerbaijani media published a document, claiming it was agreed upon in Brussels on April 5. What do you say about this?

Answer: In reality, the Brussels meeting was about Armenia's resilience and economic diversification, over which unnecessary noise has been created, which does not correspond to the truth. The document published by Azerbaijani media is fake, and such issues were not on the agenda of the Brussels meeting.

The entire agenda of the issues discussed in Brussels is expressed in the joint press release issued after the meeting. Any claim made outside of the agenda outlined in the press release is false. There was no secret agenda for the Brussels meeting. The Brussels process has been completely transparent and will continue to remain so.
