Who Attended Anna Hakobyan's 'Mysterious' Dinner: 'Hraparak'
'Armas' winery hosted a 'mysterious' dinner organized by Anna Hakobyan, the wife of the Prime Minister, on Sunday, under the banner 'Supporting Successful Businesswomen in Helping Emerging Women Entrepreneurs.' This was reported by the newspaper 'Hraparak.'
Businesswomen in Armenia were invited to pay 1 million drams to have dinner with Mrs. Hakobyan, and the collected funds would be directed to women entrepreneurs in the regions.
It seemed that everything should have been transparent so that everyone could see and hear who is supporting emerging women entrepreneurs and why. However, the dinner was held in a closed format, without coverage, and only two days later—around midnight yesterday—a video was released, announcing that 42 businesswomen had 'contributed' to the Prime Minister's wife.
However, the published footage shows that the number of participants was barely 40-45 people, among whom were not only businesswomen but also their assistants, employees, relatives, and Anna Hakobyan's staff,” the newspaper reports.
It is noted that present at the gathering were Samvel Aleksanyan's wife, Shogherina, his daughters, sister, Asatur Asatryan's wife, the director of 'Astghik' Hospital, MAVI’s director Hasmik Rashoyan, the director of 'Lara' chocolate gallery Laura Nahapetyan, the founder and CEO of the 'Diamond' restaurant complex Narine Charchyan, Khachatur Sukiasyan's daughter, the founder of 'Teyan' company Astghik Galstyan, the founder of 'Anna-Tea' Anna Sahakyan, among others.
