22 Car Garages to Be Demolished in Shengavit: Avinyan Makes a Decision

The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has approved a decision to demolish 22 car garages in the Shengavit administrative district at Bagratuniats Street 8, Artashisyan Street 45/21, and Artashisyan Street 47/19.

According to the mayor's press secretary, Hayk Kostanyan, "These garages, built on community-owned land without state registration of land use rights, will be replaced with improved facilities. The area will be transformed to include a playground for children and a football field," he stated.
